When to use this form

HypeCity displays third-party content — including YouTube videos embedded via the official YouTube player — alongside our neighborhood data. Use this form if any of the following apply:

You are the rights holder (or their authorized agent) and a piece of content embedded or referenced on HypeCity infringes your copyright.
You are the creator of an embedded video and you would prefer your work not be featured on HypeCity, regardless of whether it remains public on the source platform.
You appear in a piece of content and have a privacy concern.
You believe a claim, label, or description on HypeCity is materially inaccurate about a property, neighborhood, or person.

Formal DMCA notices may also be sent directly to our designated agent at dmca@hypecity.com. This form satisfies the same requirements when the sworn-statement checkbox is signed.

Note for video creators: embeds on HypeCity use the official YouTube player. Removing or making your video private on YouTube also removes it from HypeCity automatically. This form is for cases where you want a specific record removed from our library even if the video remains public on YouTube.

We review good-faith requests within 5 business days. If a video embed is the target and the request is from the creator or rights holder, we typically remove it within 24 hours.
We may email you for clarification. We will not share your contact details with the uploader without your consent.
Counter-notice rights apply to copyright takedowns under the DMCA. If you submit a counter-notice, your contact details may be shared with the original claimant as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
